58year old EX SAS Captain Bryn Collier, is abducted by a Beam of Light. Placed on an arid planet, having to defend himself from alien creatures; with the help of a very young alien girl. Then finds himself back on Earth, a mile from his house. Suffering severe injuries, he is not alone. No possible way to return her, she is now his responsibility. But why?
