The Adventures of Rainbow Girl Series

This novelette is about a black girl named Rainbow who lives in a town called Glory Town. She is back in Book 2 for her surprise sixteenth birthday party at the Glory Town Emerald Library. This isn't your ordinary library. It is very tall and sparkles like the emeralds in the Emerald City of Oz. Rainbow discovers that she has a hidden vocal talent. The problem is that she doesn't believe in herself to take her singing to the next level. Will she allow this feeling to keep her down, or will she actually gain courage to enter into a singing competition in spite of how she feels and realize that she has skills she never knew she had?
