Beskrivelse
These books are not just stories with clever poetry and snappy songs, although that in itself would be a marvel. They are stories about children who are very different, and yet bonded in wonderful friendships. Left-Hand Island is a place where these children learn about animals from different parts of the world. It's a place where strange things happen, explainable things. It is also a place where monsters exist with special powers, and sometimes friendly mythical creatures are willing to help. You too can travel the many travels and discover the many discoveries the children encounter. You can see the many animals they meet and the mysterious monsters they must face. The adventures of left-Hand Island will be remembered as a literary masterpiece by every child, young and old. And every child at heart, like a mommy and daddy.
~ Authors note ~
Book 19 starts off with a dilemma as the children come to the West-East River near the easterly coast. There seems to be no possible way to cross this risky river. But as luck would have it, they happen upon a most unusual way of travelling across the eastern seas. And while they speed along on this travel-tour, they meet some friendly and encouraging marine life. But something lurks in the waters with a terrible unbearable skill. Some say that the sea holds dangerous legends - some are known and some are unknown. This story is about one of those unknown legends.
