That Die Hard Thing: An '80s Action and Horror Flick Mash Up

Christmas Eve at the Rigatoni building brings cozy warm feelings of seasonal joy, holiday festivities, and a maniacally paranoid drug-induced delusional boss with armed mindless thugs to do his unreasonable bidding. But, to be fair, he isn't entirely delusional. There is the matter of shape-shifting monsters from realms beyond the stars roaming about the office. I guess that is what set him off, huh?

Sandwich delivery guy Reid MacJohns finds out the hard was that the corporate ladder can be killer. Along with the receptionist, Cindy Rivets, the reluctant couple band together in an effort to usurp the trigger-happy security guards with the knowledge that any one of the employees held prisoner as well as their abductors may be a ravenous hungry alien bent on taking over the world. But first, the Rigatoni building.

Yes, in business, it is a dog eat dog world. Or a corporate analyst eats human resources director world. In order to save not just Christmas, but the world, our reluctant heroes must first escape their captors to secure the building so that none of them annoying aliens gets out into the winter wonderland just outside the confines of the business office.

Can the receptionist and sandwich delivery guy thwart the bad dudes as well as figure out who is who with an office full of employees? Can the weaponless wonders defeat gun-toting guards and then take on extra-terrestrial creatures before Santa finishes his rounds? What will happen on Christmas morning if they don't? Will anyone survive...That DIE HARD Thing!
