Management process is the ensemble of activities of planning and monitoring the performance of a process, especially in the sense of business process, often confused with reengineering. Organization structure and control emphasizes on the meaning of company's organizational chart, consistence and recruitment of workforce, nature of responsibilities of employees, incentive schemes introduced and the qualitative characteristics of decision-making process. Behavioural change theories and models are attempts to explain the reasons behind alterations in individuals' behavioural patterns.
