The Tentacle Queen is taking her time as she toys with the captive rebels, knowing they're the last of any resistance in the battle for Earth. Mae'ixna, an alien and leader of the human resistance, has it the worst, as she endures all sorts of humiliating abuse from the Queen's loyal tentacle-infested drones and their phallic additions.
