Technology Transfer Evaluation

To gain benefits and competitive advantages from the successful implementation of technology transfer initiatives, technology transfer plans is the first step to efficiently and effectively transforming of re-engineering traditional petroleum business processes, and ultimately improving the productivity of the domestic petroleum industry. However, it is not enough to only expect that technology transfer will naturally occur. The processes, which underpin TT, should be continuously evaluated to ensure that indigenous workers are seamlessly absorbing skills.
