Cole gave up his girlfriend and college dream to go home and take care of his siblings and the families Double Diamond ranch 16 years ago. For so long all they had done was stick together and work the ranch, but now they are all grown up and the ranch was doing well. After an abusive marriage, Shasta moved to Telluride to go to work for the local county Sherriff's department. She hadn't realized that was Cole's county but during the investigation into his sister's abduction case they reconnect. Cole wants to start back where they left off, but Shasta is still hurt and angry about being left, almost without a word. Can she get over her hurt and past her own trauma? Suddenly she is the target of threatening texts and actions, is this related to RUNDA? Are they targeting her to get to Cole? Or is this from her past?
