Tears and Fears

Tears and Fears is a collection of poems written by Dr Puva Arumugam over a twenty year period. Puva's works have always been directed at being a a voice of the marginalised and women in particular. The poems in this collection are not literary works but tears that have been transformed into words as they landed on paper. They represent fears about the pain that relationships bring. You would hear the sound of ripped hearts, smashed hopes, crushed love and punctured faith when love and friendship comes to an end. But not all the poems depict gloom and doom as the Puva does believe that true love is out there somewhere
