Teachers Speak

We are not indifferent toward our principals. We love them or we hate them. Teachers' feelings and thoughts are invisible, but they are real. The problem is that teachers are evaluated by their principals, but don't have a platform to evaluate the principal's performance. It's time to break that silence. In this book: what teachers really want to say to their principals, what teachers wish their principals would finally say, 20 unique stories from around the country. I asked 10 questions to 20 teachers from all over the USA. The results are compelling and poignant depictions of our life, our job, and what we REALLY need from our administrators. The questions:1.
