Beskrivelse
One of the difficulties that companies face today is unpunctuality at work, which generates significant economic losses, so it requires strategies to control and optimize the use of time supported by technology. In the public administration is where this problem occurs more often. Unpunctuality at work must be seen not only from the point of view of the time of arrival at the work place, meetings, induction, etc., but also of the timely completion of tasks. It is not a question of arriving on time, but there must also be positive results in the delivery of workloads since some employees do not carry out their work ethically, and their behaviour changes only when faced with coercive measures. Punctuality goes hand in hand with productivity in such a way that if there is a significant variation in the time of delivery of the workloads, any previous planning is lost and the results are not the best.
