The field of workplace assessment is at a critical stage in its evolution. The intersection of new technologies, globalization, and market shifts among assessment providers has created dramatic opportunities for the field along with some significant challenges. Artificial intelligence (AI) and other technological advances have altered what is possible in talent acquisition.
