This essay assesses how success and perennity of established born global firms can be enhanced by the unique managerial, organizational, and strategical acumens of their leaders, using the diversity of their intangible assets to their full extent.

It examines a comprehensive set of born global firms' literature, while being supplemented with invaluable inputs from 16 successful leaders from 3 continents.

It is based on a Doctoral Dissertation, defended in October 2021, and was made more accessible for an audience of scholars, business managers and students.
