Susie wants to be a detective. She is going to have a mystery game for her birthday, but when she citizen arrests the local boatman, her parents decide that her obsession with crime is not nice. They cancel her mystery party and arrange a boring picnic on Bluebell Island instead. Can Susie still find a way to make this the best party ever, or will she be embarrassed in front of all her friends?
