Survivors of Sexual Assault and Abuse: You Have a Right to be Angry is a workbook designed to help survivors of sexual trauma explore, manage, and resolve repressed anger. The exercises can be used chronologically or in whatever order best suits the needs of the individual or group. Survivors should use the workbook in conjunction with a clinician in an individual or group setting. Elizabeth Sellman, M.Ed is a therapist at the Broward County Sexual Assault Treatment Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Elizabeth provides therapy to men, women, and children survivors of sexual assault and childood sexual abuse, as well as their families.
