My name is Tony, and I am a Super Vegan. In 6 months I Lost 65 pounds without ever seeing a gym. I lowered my A1C, and anxiety cholesterol, and improved my blood pressure and sex life through the power of plants. For years I was an avid Oreo dunking, french fry dipping, finger Licking Chipaholic who lived as a drive-through junkie with a bad habit of cigarette smoking and everyday binge drinking, on the verge of dying. I was truly unhappy.
This book examines how I went vegan and used a plant-based vegan diet to combat high blood pressure, heart disease, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), and depression. It explores my family's cultural views around unhealthy food and the stereotypes that came with being a non-meat eater in a super-meat society. It outlines the steps, techniques, and recipes I used to transition from being a meat eater to becoming a strict Super Vegan while working a stressful job, living in poverty, and living in a house full of meat eaters.
It explores specific hardships I faced and highlights how I changed my life while living in a meat-consumed state.
