Right to Information became a law in 2005 but its implementation in different states of India has been uneven. This book focuses on the position of Rule of Law and Right to Information as it is beginning to unfold since its recent inception. This book seeks to bring out the genesis, the points of jurisprudence and principles of governance with an attempt to bridge the gap between citizen and the state.
