Each predecessor leaves behind a labor of love and each successor builds upon that labor of love; bringing a uniqueness that will enhance the work of their predecessor, while making it their own. In our lifetime, we will each experience the baton being passed on to us by a predecessor or our passing of the baton on to a successor. In either scenario, this book will prove to be of infinite value in advancing the Kingdom of God; helping leaders navigate the challenging and sometimes difficult terrain of succession and mentoring with integrity.
