This dissertation demonstrates global leadership, local leadership , management , and succession planning in a world where planning is key to all business's succession especially in small and large corporations. Leadership and management are keys to any organizations success. However, Senior Executives are skeptical about succession planning within organizations. The needs for succession planning continue to grow and it is imperative to implement a succession plan to help organizations moving to the next steps. There are many organizations that experienced the departure of unsuccessful transition of an executive leader, a senior manager or a manager. Succession Planning involves identifying key posts within an organization and supporting the enterprise.
