Beskrivelse
In the mainstream of urban planning and the everyday working life of planners, alternative forms of urban activities are often disregarded. Sometimes however, a small incident, or a simple idea, can disrupt a whole system. Motives, cultures and scenes of urban activities are so complex that potential driving forces for change are either not noticed or are considered irrelevant. At present, however, the impression is emerging that the existing structures and patterns of activities in the field of urban planning are slowly fading away. Social activities and technologies that simplify access to and participation in knowledge indicate these fundamental changes. This study of subversive urban planning is intended to highlight some specific developments, which - already underway - show several forms of expression.
