Rotavirus diarrhoea is a major public health problem in D.R. Congo. According to WHO statistics, this disease causes 483,000 deaths of children aged 0-59 months per year worldwide, most affected in sub-Saharan African countries. From 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2016, the total number of recorded cases of diarrhoea in children aged 0-59 months was 251. It outlines increasingly current and relevant evidence for improving the conditions and quality of life of communities to introduce a new vaccine against Rotavirus in children aged 0-59 months in the DRC. To this end, we have found it absolutely necessary to make this document available to editors, academics, students, researchers, other partners, donors and other health professionals. It is intended to be further developed following other relevant inputs, as it is not exhaustive. Any comments that could enrich it are welcome.
