Study on the Function and Mechanism of Pu'er Tea

In this book, the lipid-lowering effect of Pu'er tea is found through the systematic research of animal experiments. Then, different organic solvents are used to separate Pu'er tea into different components, and the effect of each component on lipid-lowering is studied to find out the main components. On this basis, we systematically studied the changes of the main functional components of Pu'er tea on the enzyme activities and main products related to fat metabolism in mice, and combined with the effect of Pu'er tea on 3T3-L1 adipose cells to elaborate the mechanism of Pu'er tea on lipid reduction.
