The crew of the KRENNET is assigned to stop the raids on a colony's supply convoys. During the mission, they receive a distress signal from a distant planet. They quickly move to aid the citizens and discover an interplanetary slavery ring. How will their benefactors react to them leaving their assigned mission? Will they pull loose the threads keeping the slavery ring together? What else will they find?
