If you are struggling with any of the following problems or questions, this book, Church and Ministry Strategic Planning, may be very important to you. Why is there so much confusion among our associate pastors on what we are trying to accomplish? Why is there so much dissension and disagreement in this church? Why is there such a high turnover of people in our church, especially in leadership positions? Why did we build that building when it is not being used?
