Beskrivelse
This book contains the papers presented at the 4th symposium for young criminal law researchers, held at the Georg-August-University Gottingen in November 2014. The subject of the conference was interdisciplinarity in criminal law. Interdisciplinarity is a reaction to the increasing complexity of everyday life and the immense growth of scientifical knowledge both inside and outside the field of law. The contributions gathered in this book cover current and fundamental aspects of the interaction between criminal law and other domestic and international fields of law as well as other sciences, such as neurobiology, mathematics, forensic fire research, behavioral psychology, economics, criminology, media and communication studies, philosophy and history.
