First and foremost this book is about God's grace. As believers in Jesus Christ, we place too much emphasis on "fighting sin"; we waste so much time and effort in that struggle that we tend to miss "LIFE". This book does take a New Testament look at the process of temptation and how to experience the victory in Christ, but at the end of the day the author simply tells us to stop all the focus on fighting and start living. As you begin your journey to experience life, you will rise above the old struggles. Temptation will be with us all until "death do us part", BUT you have everything you need, right now in Christ, to live the godly life you so desire.
