Stinky the Bulldog moves into a new neighborhood and can't wait to make some new friends. After he goes out to make friends, he encounters some who don't want to be his friend. Why wouldn't someone want to be friends with loveable, Stinky? Stinky learns a valuable lesson from his mom about friendship and about not judging someone on the outside.
