I grew up taking the blame for things I knew nothing about, and I have never been able to challenge the mistakes of others towards me. I couldn't stand up to defend myself. I remembered how my dad used to say, Never be afraid to stand for what you believe in, even if it means standing alone, and I asked myself, Do I believe in me?If I don't, no one will. I have a responsibility to defend and protect me, and I have failed myself.A line in one of high school presentation says, A man who cannot value himself cannot value anything or anyone and i know i should value myself. i am valuable just the same way you are
