St Joseph and the Sea

This coming of age story is about young men, who learn the perils and triumph of surviving their experience as commercial fishermen. Twenty year old Mordecai Young is introduced to life on the ocean by an avuncular, old fisherman. Estranged from his family, he finds a second home as crew on the St Joseph. His journey changes when his ambition leads him to the terror and uncertainty of a more aggressive captain.
