Square One is a story of a group of friends returning to their hometown. When this set return to the lives they left behind, secrets are revealed, intentions uncovered, and realizations set in. The story itself follows Martin, a young man pursuing a hedonistic and somewhat nihilistic lifestyle with his ever-present, snide, and ultimately loyal Epicurean friend Emma. When David and his prudish wife Raven decide to go home, Martin's true feelings, albeit unrequited, arise.
