A full descriptive report and catalogue of the late Hellenistic and Roman ceramics and small finds recovered during the excavation of a well in Ephesus' State Market'. The terra sigillata and coins indicated that the well was used as a dump between the late 1st century BC and the end of the 1st century AD, it was then sealed and not used again until the 6th century. The small finds included lamps, glass vessels and mosaic glass and terracotta figures.
