Sparked 2: The Variation, continues the dark and humorous tale of Ner Relc Alcott, Death's son, sent to Earth by the Heavenly gods - Masters of 'almost' Matter, Feng Shui, Time, Space and Death - to track and kill four illegal souls suspected of cheating Death by stealing the life Sparks of humans. In the process of tracking these four illegal undead souls, he stumbles on a bigger problem - the Variation and an insane undead being named Cyrus Alvin Dane. Will he be able to restore and balance the energy of the universe in four months?
