The training of trainers is no longer exclusively oriented towards the one-dimensional transfer of knowledge and the development of general competencies. In modern society, new socio-political and economic data are coming to the fore, with the result that training needs are changing.As a result, training needs are changing, seeking methodologically more active forms of participatory activities, in order to lead to the development of new skills and values. For this reason, it is important to investigate the type of training that educators need to meet the challenges of the new era. The aim of this qualitative training is to improve the educational process and to strengthen the teacher. It is above all inspired by the needs and concerns of the trainers.
