The collection is renowned by Spanish academics as the best produced, comprehensive collection outside of Spain. The authors have developed in the course of years into experts in the area of this collection with publications in the journal Keramos, exhibitions and an extensive library of more than 500 relevant books and numerous catalogs. The current volume is comprised of introductory texts to the decorative and technical aspects of the individual manufacturers or regions with numerous color presentations and analysis. This volume also presents over 320 choice exhibits of the Feit Collection are presented, including depictions of the undersides, of the markings and a basis of comparison with regards to form, relevant decoration, registry, and the broadly represented color.
