Beskrivelse
Neoliberalism with its marketoriented ideology of performance and competition dominates a broad cross section of society. The essays in this volume illustrate the consequences of neoliberalism for the profession and the subject of social work and discuss issues such as democracy, justice and solidarity. The effects of economisation and privatization in the sector of social work and the prospective self-concept of social work as a genuinely political subject are reflected.
