The standard of living of mankind improves drastically when man discovers how to use the endowment given to him by God. The first man Adam used this ability to discharge his duties. The power of reasoning, thinking, and organizing was used immensely to dress and keep the garden. In today's world our garden seems to be our area of specialization. And the same power Adam used can be released when we are operating in our own area of gift/talent and assignment. To get people rightly engaged is one of the problems we are facing in various organizations and the society at large. The potentials of people still lie dormant, because they have not entered in the stage of their lives where power, reasoning, thinking, organizing can be used to fine tune their work. So, people whose minds have been emancipated are actually maximizing the opportunity in doing exploit in their area of specialization. When you see somebody who is thinking different, you could imagine an individual who uses some tools to get his or her work done. It usually comes through observation, imagination, visualization, experiment, and concentration. Having sound mind is one of the keys that will enable us to apply wisdom, knowledge, and understanding in our area of assignment. We have the responsibility to guard our mind to avoid destabilization from fear. Fear as the case may be is one of the potent weapons devil uses to make people to be unfruitful in their assignment. Many have failed in carrying out their duties just because they were afraid. The choice we make today determines our future. To make a right choice cannot come out of pressure, but in a sound mental state. Therefore strengthening our mental ability is worthwhile to enable us make a meaningful contribution in our living on earth.
