Sorry, We Are Closed

Like a war-time blitz, in March 2020 our lives were turned upside down.

We had never lived through anything like this before.

All aspects of our lives were changed.

From how we worked, to how we exercised.

From how our children were educated to how we bought our weekly shopping.

Our basic family interactions were curtailed, and we all sat down every evening to hear what we were to do next.

This book takes you through the weeks of the pandemic with thoughts, verse and short stories which describe some of the experiences we all went through.

This poetry during the pandemic reminds us to never forget this time to examine what we have, what we do, who we are.
