This book is about the different possible themes that could define each episode of obsessional neurosis, a severe mental disorder closely related to obsessive-compulsive disorder. During his whole life, a patient can have a lot of episodes, and also themes so, and these last ones contain thoughts that do invade the mental of the patients who will be forced to think about them all the time during an average period of six months, but sometimes could be as short as one month, or as long as many years. Depending on the theme, the symptomatology could also vary from mild to very severe mental distress.
