To emphasize the importance and necessity of rural urban studies from a social perspective, for centuries cities have been associated with civilizations and have been at the heart of the great economic, political, social and cultural events; where the global system forces us to lean by necessity to the circle of revolution and urban concentration, more accentuated in some areas than in others, hence the communities and regions are part of the most visible and deepest changes and transformations of modern society.
