"Our Children Are In Need Of Help! Who Will Answer the Call?"
There is a clearly documented need that more and more young children are lacking social skills as they enter academic setting. This need is documented by the alarming increase in the number of children who display "acting out" behavior in their academic settings and the rising number of children being referred for behavioral health services at the kindergarten level. Social skills development activities are needed to prepare youth to effectively interact and communicate with others.
Social skills solutions are needed to assist youth in gaining an awareness of verbal and non verbal communication such as speech, gestures, facial expressions and body language. There is also the need to assist adults in understanding that the biggest impact they can have on young children is to help them in developing and learning good social skills. If social skills are taught and reinforced at an early age then youth will have the strong foundation they need as adults to succeed in life.
This Social Skills Program Model has been tested in the Non-profit world and for profit world for over 30 years and proven to be effective at creating open dialogue with children up to mid to late teens. Through the art of storytelling the specific stories contained within this program model, each participant will increase their social awareness, self-esteem and social confidence, measured by pre and post assessments. All you have to do is get the supplies and follow this model step by step for success.
