SOCIAL DEVICE FOR INNOVATION MANAGEMENT IN CIEGO DE AVILA

In the agricultural context of the municipality of Venezuela there are local enterprises that constitute innovations that typified the locality, however, the lack of knowledge, the lack of perception and articulation of the actors about the development they needed caused the lack of integration for the sake of local development, from this the System of Local Agricultural Innovation (SIAL) was inserted in an articulated way in the municipality, which generated some transformations that the territory exhibits today. That is why it was determined to solve the following scientific problem: how to improve the implementation of the SIAL from the social dimension in the municipality of Venezuela, which has the following general objective: To elaborate an integrated action plan for the implementation of the SIAL in the municipality of Venezuela: To elaborate an integrated action plan for the improvement of the implementation of the SIAL from the social dimension in the municipality of Venezuela. The application of various instruments made it possible to identify the limitations and potential of the agricultural context and its influence on innovation systems, and to this end, integrated actions were designed to generate development, with emphasis on knowledge management and communication.
