Remembered in the historical narrative as "the other sister" Sarah Cloyse is more than such. Her life navigated through important moments in Massachusetts history before, during, and after the Salem Witch Hysteria. 



From the Founding of a community to the battle of the Salem Merchant class, and a petition in her defense. Sarah fell to the bottom and was able to climb her way to the top time and time again. More than just an accusation, more than "the other sister", more than just the wife of "one Edmund Bridges" or "one Peter Cloyse" 



She is Sarah Towne Cloyse, a survivor, steadfast, and authoritative. Through primary source documents, we follow the life of Sarah from Topsfield to Salem to the Jails to Framingham.
