SlowItDownCKD 2014 is the fifth book in the SlowItDownCKD series, although the first one is titled What Is It and How Did I Get It? Early Stage Chronic Kidney Disease. Each week, Ms. Rae-Garwood publishes a blog at http: //gailraegarwood.wordpress.com concerning CKD awareness, living with the disease, and anything else connected to CKD. Those blog readers who are not comfortable with the computer have asked her to print those blogs in book form, which she now does once a year. These are the blogs from 2014.
