America is in distress. Her leader has fallen to a heart attack, leaving an inept Brian Ames to lead them. The Soviet Union continues to spread fear and panic throughout America, and is now attacking Israel. The world stands on the brink of disaster.

World leaders are falling like domino's, as America's military presence throughout the world has evaporated. Control of the world now rests in the hands of a select few.

Locally, people in America are at a loss. Terror attacks continue as Americans fight for their lives.

Will all this be enough to crumble the most powerful nation the world has ever seen? Or can she somehow find a way to survive and restore the world to peace?
