While his niece is facing certain death from a rare and incurable disease, Gordon Jamison goes out in search for a cure. His journey leads him to a remote area in South America where he's welcomed by a small pygmy tribe. The tribe's leader, Shaman Loup Garou, not only shares the cure for Gordon's niece's disease, but also teaches him the forgotten art of shapeshifting. Gordon discovers that the alter forms of shapeshifters are based on the characteristics of their Zodiac sign which include: Aquarius, Leo, Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces. As Gordon's life moves through time, he becomes an eccentric university professor. Selecting an elite few of his students, Gordon shares the secret of shapeshifting with them. Many years after departing the campus of the university, our former students discover the difficulties with managing their modern day, shiftshifting abilities. Is their acquired talent to shape into their alter Zodiac form a gift or a curse, for a lawyer, doctor, psychic, pair of bikers, radio disc jockey or even a couple of rock star brothers...
