Skeletal Empire

One world was destroyed, but from the ashes, a new order. Surviving, new nations rose on technology, skimming the waves for technology and resources. The new maritime powers resembled some of the old ones, perhaps. But for amphibious soldiers like Sgt. Cooper and his wife Cpl. Troaz, life is existing in a state of balance.
