With over eighty photographs, this is the autobiography of gun-writer Ray Ordorica. A professional editor, gun writer, novelist, photographer, wood-worker, pilot, machinist, engraver, musician, and a few other things, Ray Ordorica has been testing firearms for at least sixty years. His path to becoming a world-class gun writer was pretty well off the beaten track. This is the story of that journey, and it's mighty colorful. There was motorcycle racing, rock bands, a Mission to Mars, some pretty girls, guitars, and lots of memories of a different type of lifestyle. There were a few guns along the way too, and memories of a lot of the people involved with them. Come along and see for yourself.
