"Singed" is a first person perspective from Brand, a sibling of Shadowthorn as he struggles to realize his own transformation and identity. Shadowthorn and Singe are both epic adventures in the traditional of C.S. Lewis. They are not meant to be allegories or present only Christian ideals but they are written on foundations of hope.
