ONE WOMAN’S JOURNEY SURVIVING LIFE’S TRAUMAS THROUGH SINGING AND SONGWRITING
This book began as Carolana Callaway’s personal survival guide, but it grew into a powerful and spiritual memoir that will help readers begin to listen to the inner purpose God provides each and every one of us.
From years of childhood abuse after losing her parents, to living in and being exiled from Venezuela, to suffering from Malignant Multiple Sclerosis, Carolana not only survives difficult life traumas but also thrives by tapping into her musical soul. Music permeates every story that makes up her life, even the stories passed down to her by her ancestors.
Her journey shows how there is meaning in every thing that happens once you start truly listening to your God-given inner voice. Readers feeling the burdens of life will find a reprieve into joyful living and lasting hope in Carolana’s memoir, Sing Me to Heaven.
Carolana writes from a heart that’s full of rich life experiences, and so much of her story has been overcoming unimaginable adversity. Like all real-life heroes, she has a quiet, inner strength that’s carried her, and the stories in this book will inspire others to find their own strength for the journey.
