Simple Living is a journey that includes every facet of my life.  I believe in being as self reliant as possible and because I like to know what goes into my body, I have learnt to create not just meals, but body care and natural household cleaning products.  Starting from Scratch, I will show you how I go about the process of creating, easy, natural products that you will love to use around the kitchen, the house and the garden.
